goto: www.speedtest.net, this will tell you if its your internet or your computer


if the speed is about 1mb(1024kbps)download and 200kbps upload then your doing good, its your computer


if not then try restarting you router and modem, unplug them and plug them back in. if this does not work contact your ISPMy internet speed is very low advice me how to make good speed?

Saving some files to a flash drive or CD, then delete them from your pc (especially songs and movies)





Then do Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmentation - search your system for these two





Reboot
