I've been working out alot lately, this exercise tv stuf and my muscles are really sore. Ive tried pills, not a big help. and hot baths only help while im in the tub..Anyone have any advice on how to soothe sore muscles?

Stretching feels so good after waking up after a PT day. Stretch before you work out helps to reduce soreness afterwards and stretching after helps alot too. And massages. And in time you just get used to being sore and dont even notice it. Now I dont get sore
