Just got a bad perm, need advice on how to tame all of the frizz?

yesterday, i got this terrible looking perm which now makes my hair look like a frizzy poodle. I know i can't wash it for another day or two but can i put some product in it like mousse or conditioner to try to tame the frizz ?Just got a bad perm, need advice on how to tame all of the frizz?

I didn't use mousse when I got mine because it made mine hard but I used the sunsilk twist stuff. It's a plasic tube and there is green and blue. It's got clear and white serum in it.
