You do not have to stop eating to loose weight... in fact if youy stop eating your metabolism will shuit down and you will gain weight !!!!!

So all you have to do is eat healthy...FRUITS and VEGGIES and SALADS !!!!! Also thro in some chicken breast and tuna. Drink plenty of water and do some exercise. run/jog/walk and stairs.

Cut down on junk food.. soda, chips, greasy stuff.

You can do it hang in there.

I use to weigh 265 lbs... and I am now 185 lbs. That's how I did it.I am in my middle teens and I'm really worried about my weight i would like advice about how to lose it?
Well, anorexia is not a good thing, I can tell you that from experience. If you stop eating, your body will eventually binge on any food it can reach. Even if you think you can control it, there are studies that prove your body will do this no matter what. Your brain just kind of gives up. Anyway, what I would suggest is eat five to six small meals every three hours, instead of three large meals every five to six hours. Watch your fat calories, and eat as many vegetables as possible. Drinking eight to ten glasses of water a day (if you are overweight) can lead to three pounds of fat loss per week. Also, it cleanses your body and leaves your skin in a better condition. Working out is also VERY important. Thirty minutes, five days a week, can be more satisfying than you think. =) Just don't starve; it'll backfire.
I wouldn't cut down on eating, just put some more exercise in your schedule.

You have to eat about 1900 calories a day.

You can check out a calorie chart and really decide for yourself how you want to break down those calories into what you want to or like to eat.

And, look up a calorie burn chart, so you know how many calories you are burning in an excercise type/time.

The key to burning fat is to eat fewer calories than you burn,

the key to not gaining, is not not eat more than you can use in a day.

But, you must remember that you are still growing, and your bones are an issue.

Since all the calcium you take in builds stronger bones for when you are old, talk tons of calcium now.

Good luck.
don't stop eating!! my friend spent all last year in the hospital because she wouldn't eat, and when her parents made her eat she would make herself throw it up, so often 2 the piont her body atimaticly threw up if she ate. she hasent been the same since.
smaller portions
well firstly, don't stop eating.

that's a trap i fell into last year and i'm still trying to get myself out of it. it's awful. keep eating, if you enjoy it (which humans do) then do it! just pick the RIGHT foods to eat. switch things, such as... switch full fat milk for skimmed, switch fry ups for cereal or wholemeal toast. try to eat 5 little meals throughout the day if that's possible and go on walks. even if it's not scenic walks, just a walk up to your local shop instead of driving up there!

just try and teach yourself not to snack much... and if you are feeling peckish, have some veggies or fruit or nuts.

don't start counting calories because this will just get confusing

things like nuts have lots of calories yet they're good for you!

just eat healthier and right and the pounds will drop off!

you might not even be 'overweight' as a lot of people in their mid teens feel fat when they're far from it!

all the best of luck

The body is designed to walk. Research shows that slow, rhythmic movement exercise, such as walking, resets your body鈥檚 weight set point and creates a thin, lean body. A one-hour walk everyday will change your body dramatically in as little as one month.

Eat a big breakfast

It is interesting to note that 80 percent of the people who are overweight eat a small breakfast or none at all. Eighty percent of thin people eat a large breakfast. Your breakfast should consist of as much as you want of the following items. Everything listed should be organic. Apples, pears, berries, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs, rye bread, raw butter (raw means not pasteurized and not homogenized), raw milk, plain yogurt (this means no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, beef in any form as long as it鈥檚 organic, chicken in any form as long as it鈥檚 organic, lamb in any form as long as it鈥檚 organic, tuna, sardines, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, salsa, celery, carrots, any vegetable, potatoes in limited amounts, coffee in limited amounts made with pure water not tap water with raw milk or cream and raw evaporated sugar cane juice or honey as a sweetener, real tea (not tea in tea bags).

Eat a huge salad at lunch %26amp; dinner

I don鈥檛 care if your lunch is a cheeseburger, French fries, and a pint of ice cream, add to it a big, huge salad and eat that first. You鈥檒l be amazed that you lose weight. The salad can contain anything you like as long as it is only vegetables and they are organic. The salad dressing should be organic olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or organic vinegar. If you really want to speed the weight loss process use organic apple cider vinegar. Add some organic sea salt, fresh ground pepper, or some garlic for taste.
