Hi all I need advice on how to keep wolves off my property?

I was told to try Veal Cutlets and Vinegar, but that seems to be only enhancing the problem. Than someone suggested ketchup and sardines, no help. I have spent over 300 bucks on sardines and veal and I just see no end. Please helpHi all I need advice on how to keep wolves off my property?
WOW! wolves? Guess you don't leave in Brooklyn?

I lived in Ct for many years. We had coyote problems from time to time. My roommate bought ';MALE COYOTE PEE'; over the Internet. She marked the ';territory'; by spaying the product on trees, grass and rocks in our backyard. It did work, but it took a while to build up enough of a scent to keep the coyotes at bay

Many people will tell you this product does not work. Well, it does. It just takes a while for the product to build up enough scent to keep the other animals away.

You can also go ';TECH'; to solve the problem. I saw on HGTV's ';I want that!'; of a product to frighten ducks off your property. It is a recording of a duck in distress that the owners played each day. I am sure their neighbors loved it too! They have such products for ranchers to frighten off predators. They also have some that are at a pitch that only dogs can hear. However, if you have a pooch, he/she is not going to like that!

Stop using the food, it is not going to work. The Wolves are hungry and they don't care what they eat. Check with your local ASPCA for humane solutions to your problem. They sometimes have capture programs for the wolves. They bag, tag and relocate the wolves to wildlife areas.

DON'T SHOOT THE WOLVES. THEY ARE NOT BOTHERING YOU. AND ODD'S ARE THEY WILL NOT. Wolves are frighten of humans and will stay away from them. they are on your land for food only. Just stop feeding them. take all food in at night. Keep garbage cans shut tight. Eventually they will try to eat some where else.

GOOD LUCK! And don't let your pets out at night. The Wolves will attack if they are hungry enough.Hi all I need advice on how to keep wolves off my property?
My friend had this problem too. Get a stockade fence built and they cant get in. Dont kill them. Wolves are growing fewer and fewer.
First off do you have live stock? Nature is nature man.

Do you live in the southwest? new mexico, arizona, texas?
PLEASE DON'T KILL THEM!!!!! wolves are becoming endangered!!!!!
2 days ago wolves attacked our neighbors horses. The DNR put up red tape and strobe lights. Seems silly but their the ';experts';. the wolves wont hurt you but if you have livestock to protect or jut want to feel safer yourself research some dog breeds that are ment to keep wolves out. off the top of my head i can think of great pyreneese, tibeten mastiffs and kuvasz. they are good all around dogs
you were just feeding them snacks, call animal control and they will set traps and let them go in the wild
keeping the cyotes and wolves of your property is tough especially if its a large property and all you are doing is feeding your problem and bringing them back you need to patrol the property at night with a gun also try bleach around your fence line they don't like the smell and it burns so it will keep them away

good luck
Give your neighbor a small flock of sheep.
I would try and put up a fence. It might help.
Well the veal and sardines will only attract them. See if you can find someone who hunts Eagles. Golden Eagles are used in Kasakstan to controll the wolf poulation, and quite succesfully too. If one wollf gets killed by an Eagle and then it is seen often around your property they will probably learn quite quikly to keep away.

We would come round with ours but we live in England so it's a bit far to come. We hunt foxes on the lamp.
Wow!! That veal must have been expensive!!!! Call your local DNR or Animal Control ! And yes it's true there are dogs bred for keeping wolves away from their flock so it wouldn't be a bad idea to look into that for future issues, but for now...I'd still call in the experts.
a gun
Hell, bud, all you're doing is feeding the bastards. Bad idea. Best thing to do is shoot 'em. That keeps 'em from coming back for sure. If you just want to scare 'em away, you need something they're afraid of. Grizzley bears come to mind. No, you don't need to get one, just get some scent and spread it around. If they think it's bear territory, they'll stay out.
try MOTH BALLS---------the smell burns their eyes and nose --doesnt hurt them they just remember what it feels like when smelled and will stay away
