He needs to revisit what he was doing in Texas with Gerald Laird catching him. More curveballs and sliders will help because he can't throw the fastball by hitters anymore.How do I give some advice to Eric Gagne about his pitching.?

Have him look at tapes when he was successful with the Dodgers. Then go from there. I would do it in a friendly manner.

The best way would be to become the Red Sox pitching coach.
He's already a major leaguer. why would he need to listen to someone who's not in the majors for?
How about Boston use him for his intended purpose!!!!!!!!
Go to one of the games while he is pitching and scream at him, if that doesn't work, make paper airplanes with notes on them.
He accepted a trade to Boston, so obviously he's in no mental condition to receive GOOD advice. The Bronx is burning and the Back Bay is going down in flames! Three years down, Sox fans, only 83 more to go!
Go to a Red Sox game. Then when he comes out to pitch, run onto the field, tackle him, and quickly shout your advice at him before you are apprehended.

This is one of the few bad trades that Theo has pulled off in his tenure in Beantown. Thank God he is a rent-a-player and will be gone by the start of spring training next year.





Why anyone would put him in with the game on the line when Papelbon and Okajima are doing great as closer and setup is beyond me. His best use at this point (until he can prove he can get people out) is as a middle-reliever.
Unfortunately the Red Sox do not set up email accounts for their players. I imagine they figure that the email addresses would just get so much mail that the players couldn't possibly even read all the messages.
